
Our core offering is an 8-week structured Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program conducted live via Zoom or similar platforms. These sessions are led by certified mindfulness instructors trained in MBCT. The course is designed to help individuals understand the patterns of their thoughts and emotions, especially those related to chronic or recurring depression.

Each session includes guided practices, group discussions, and home exercises to encourage real-life integration of mindfulness.
